Tai Chi Easy™ is an evidence-based intervention developed by Dr. Roger Jahnke, founder of the Institute of Integral Qigong and Tai Chi, designed to improve the quality of life for any population. It uses slow and careful movement without strain to strengthen the body’s own healing forces and is medically proven to support disease prevention, accelerate healing, and reduce stress.
Tai Chi Easy™ integrates Qigong, the art of cultivating and harmonizing life force energy, with simplified flowing movements to make it easy, beneficial and fun --- right away. So, the learner doesn't have to wait to learn 108 traditional Tai Chi movements.
During this one-hour course, students will align their breathing, posture, mind and spirit while sitting and standing. Susan integrates tapping, self-massage and meditation for an energizing yet relaxing session.
