Jess brings with her over 20 years of experience, her contagious enthusiasm, down to earth approach, love of movement and passion for keeping people active, while nurturing their own inner calm and joy. She believes in offering relatable, welcoming classes that meet students wherever they are at in their own yoga & movement journey. Classes radiate a “feel good” vibe, dripped in love, intention, self-reflection, challenge, transformation…and especially, some laughter.
Mats & all supplies are provided, but if you are especially in love with any of yours - they are welcome!
